If a customer doesn’t respond, you can message them using Chat or give them a call. If they don’t reply or pick up, your app will let you send a ‘leaving soon’ alert to their phone. 5 minutes after you’ve sent this alert you’ll be able to complete the delivery and leave their order in a safe place. Take a photo of the order in the rider app, and to protect the customer's privacy, be sure not to include any people’s faces or any other identity information in the photo.
