It's really important that we protect your account from anyone trying to access it without permission. To help do this we'll ask you to verify your identity by submitting a selfie through the app every so often.

To complete the identity check simply tap your name in the menu from the top-left of the home screen. On your Go Online page, tap 'Verify your identity' to complete the check. Or if you prefer, you can request a manual check where one of our team will review your selfie to confirm if it's you – simply tap ‘Manual check’ in the app. This option will take a little longer, as our team will need to manually check your selfie, but you can continue going online during this process. 

If for any reason your selfie can't be recognised, you can complete the check later. And if you still have any difficulty having your selfie recognised, you can request a manual review where one of our team will review your selfie to confirm if it's you.

Your selfie will be compared to the selfie or photo ID you submitted during your initial identity check.

If your identity has not been successfully verified you'll be unable to go online until you complete the check. You can tap the prompt on the home screen to complete the check. Once you've completed the check you'll be able to go online.

Ye waqai bahut ahem hai ke hum aap ke account ko kisi aise shakhs se mehfooz rakhen jo bagher ijazat is tak rasai hasil karne ki koshish kar raha ho. Aisa karne mein madad ke liye hum aap ki identity ki tasdeeq karne ke liye aap se aksar app ke zariye selfie jama karwane ko kahen ge.

Identity check complete karne ke liye home screen per uper-left side per menu mein apna naam tap kren. Check complete karne ke liye apne Go Online page per, 'Verify your identity' per tap kren. Ya agar aap chahen, toh manual check request kar sakte hain jahan humari team mein se koi aap ki selfie ka review kar ke tasdeeq kare ga ke yeh aap hi hain – app mein sirf ‘Manual check’ per tap kren. Is option mein thoda zyada waqt lagega, kyun ke humari team ko aap ki selfie ko manually check karne ki zarurat hogi, lekin aap iss process ke doran online hona jari rakh sakte hain. 

Agar kisi bhi wajah se aap ki selfie accept nahi ho rahi, toh aap baad mein check complete kar sakte hain. Aur agar aap ki selfie ko ab bhi accept hone mein mushkil pesh aa rahi hai, toh aap manual review request kar sakte hain jahan humari team mein se koi aap ki selfie ka review kar ke tasdeeq kare ga ke yeh aap hi hain.

Aap ki selfie ko us selfie ya photo ID se compare kia jaye ga jo aap ne shuru mein identity check ke doran jama karwai thi.

Agar aap ki identity ki tasdeeq kamyabi se nahi hui hai, toh aap uss waqt tak online nahi ho saken gai jub tak ke aap check complete nahi kar lete. Check complete karne ke liye aap home screen per prompt per tap kar sakte hain. Jub aap check complete kar len ge toh aap online ho saken ge.
